Dezeen&Bentley: Future Luxury Retail Design Competition

We firmly believe that the future will take the customer experience to a whole new level. Many brands are already venturing into the metaverse. We envision a future where the traditional retail space will no longer be necessary. 
Each person will have their own Avatar for the virtual realm, or they can obtain one upon entering a Bentley store through a quick scan. All that is required is a cozy chair with a customer seated in it.
The core idea is that shelves and physical exhibition spaces will no longer be needed. Any product - be it a car, an accessory, a house, or even an experience - can be sold using this chair.

As a result, luxury becomes even more personalized. Even before the production of a product begins, it is possible to select a unique item tailored exclusively for the individual. We address the issue of overproduction, eliminating the need for warehouses and massive showrooms, which reduces the carbon footprint. The chair can be transported to any location on the planet, whether it's a forest, a beach, or a racetrack. It serves as both a pop-up shop and an additional means of sensory activation.Ultimately,  the focus is on our customers and the emotions they experience from Bentley's products. It truly represents an exceptional customer experience.
